1 – Eat lots of fruits

2- Less rest & more workouts:
It’s tough for teens to lose weight while they are resting 5 minutes between sets.
You need to get up & workout more.
Do at least 4 sets of jumping jacks, it’ll work!

3- Lift weights to lose weight:
Teen health is awful because they, especially females, waste their time on the jogger & elliptical.

Long distance running or walking will not improve teen health.
Do a short run (less than 60 seconds) followed by a shorter walk.

5- Do not isolate your muscles.
Teen’s health or teen’s fitness will not develop unless they learn to work out correctly. Bicep curls will not improve teen’s health or teen’s fitness.
