Long distance running or walking will not improve teen health.<br />
Do a short run (less than 60 seconds) followed by a shorter walk.<br />
This will greatly help teens in getting fit. It will also help in help losing weight, especially for girls.</p>
<p>5- Do not isolate your muscles.<br />
Teen’s health or teen’s fitness will not develop unless they learn to work out correctly. Bicep curls will not improve teen’s health or teen’s fitness.<br />
