Tackle the health problems on emotions through proper counseling
Teen age is regarded as the age which is full of energy and enjoyment. Teen age is the age to experiment things. This is the age in which one can have innovative ideas. To be full of energy and enjoyment one must have good health. Today’s youth mostly depend on junk food which has no nutrition in it. Having this junk food would never make them act fast rather it make them slow, unexciting, and restless. Maintaining proper diet is most important is a teen’s life. Being healthy is also regarded as having good changes in your mind.
Today’s teens have too many pressures and stress in their mind. They have to concentrate in school tests, home works, and several other duties. Stress occupies their mind and it does not allow them to concentrate on their work properly. Stress normally comes to those who have challenges or when one has to overcome a tough situation. A human body has to overcome these changes in his body when he is in stress like his pulse and breathing rate will rise, blood vessels will open wider. The stress situation might require more attention and care. Some teens have the problem of anxiety in which even smaller problems seems like a crisis. The signs of anxiety are worrying, deep sorrow, tense, and upset. The anxiety could be solved gradually only by having proper counseling. Some teens feel shy when they meet a strange people. They feel uncomfortable and nervous to talk with them. Those people have to change their attitude and try to be at ease with others. Shyness is a major problem especially with the teens which stops them to try anything new. They feel that what others would think about us. Those problems of emotions are curable through proper counseling.
